We built Thyme Craft Kitchen around a simple idea: the best food comes from knowing your farmer. Our chefs — formerly of the University of Chicago's Quadrangle Club — bring that same level of craft and intention to every plate.

Our menu changes with the seasons because the farms change with the seasons. What you eat in March is different from what you eat in August. That's the point.

We recommend reservations, especially on weekends. Our dining room is intimate — seats fill up. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows.
